PHLOIA currently ships to the United States.

Shipping rates

U.S. orders of $88 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

U.S. orders under $88 ship with a flat $10 standard shipping fee.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment.

During holidays or peak shipping periods, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. PHLOIA is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. If a product quality issue or shipping damage is confirmed, PHLOIA will prioritize replacement.
